Kitchen Work

Gordon & Ruth came over a few weeks ago to help us with some work around the house. Gordon & Joel worked on several things, but the big accomplishment was tearing out the peninsula and hanging shelves and cutting a hole in the cabinets for our new dishwasher. The dishwasher isn't hooked up yet, but will be soon. We're excited for that! Ruth & Stacy worked on organizing things in the nursery and cleaning the bedroom. We had a great time and got a lot of work done. Thanks Gordon & Ruth!

Pregnant Stacy

Here are some photos of Stacy showing Boomer some love, checking the grill, and watering her flowers. She still gets around alright as long as she has a place to sit nearby. Counting down the days... :)

Boomer Update

Well, here are some newer photos of Boomer. He continues to grow, although it has slowed down quite a bit. He's getting better and better at playing fetch. He really likes it when I throw a tennis ball up onto the roof and try to beat him to it when it comes back down to the ground.

Time To Mow

It's that time of year again. Time to limber up the legs or the backside and mow, mow, mow. We've had a little setback with our push mower. It's never a good sign when gas comes pouring out of the muffler. Thanks to the generosity of Gordon and Uncle Ken (Briggs) I've managed to keep the grass below knee-high. Oh how I wish I could be riding my John Deere again. ;) Well, may your mowing paths remain straight and clear of debris. Happy mowing!

EP Track Meet 01

Stacy and I went to the Eden Prairie Booster Invitational track meet on Saturday (4/28) to cheer on a girl from our church, Emily (same one that we blogged about below). It was a beautiful day. Stacy and I got a little sun burned, but we survived. As you can see, we met Dad & Mom L there, as well as Emily's father, brother, and sister and Cousin Ben. Emily did really well in her races.
